Martial Arts is an amazing form of exercise – Your child will be active the entire time. Our program is a traditional Martial Arts program and your child will be pushed. We have found that most of the fears are in their head not physical at all. Within weeks, children will be physically performing tasks you nor them would have never imagined they’d be capable of.

self-defense
Our primary objective is that our students become well rounded and well-adjusted adults. Self-Defense is a bi-product of our program.
Research shows that bullies are less likely to pick on children with high levels of confidence which is what we strive for. We do not promote violence as an answer. We actually teach our students how to resolve problems without violence. However, we do understand sometimes it is inevitable and every student must love themselves enough to protect themselves.
