1. Horse stance, mid section punch
2. Raising kick
3. Crescent kick
4. Front snap kick
5. Instep kick
6. Forward stance, low block (go forward then back up)
7. Forward stance, high block (go forward then back up)
8. Forward stance, mid section punch (go forward then back up)
9. Forward stance, low block, mid section punch (go forward then back up)
10. Forward stance, high block, high section punch (go forward then back up)
Paddle kick: front snap kick, instep kick
7th – 5th Kup
1. Same steps 1, 4, 5, 9, and 10 from 10th — 8th
2. Add half-turn kick
3. Double instep kick
4. Roundhouse kick
5. Instep, reverse turning kick
Paddle kick: half-turn kick, instep and reverse turning kick
4th – 2nd Kup
1. Same steps 2, 3, 4, and 5 from 7th — 5th
2. Step-in reverse turning kick
3. Side-back kick
4. Jumping half turn
5. Jumping double kick
6. Jumping triple kick
Paddle kick: instep and reverse turning kick, jumping double kick
